All my training packages are tailored to you, so get in touch to discuss the number of sessions you require, nutritional support and any other personal requirements. I recommend signing up for a programme in order to reach your goal spread over a 3, 6 or 12 month period.
Before we begin training, I will require a 30 mins to go through a needs analysis form. The consultation is a chance to discuss your aims and goals and work out a way to achieve them together. Contact me if you would like to arrange a consultation.
